This Privacy Policy explains how Resume Intelligence Console (by ArchLexis) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use our website and services (the “Service”).
Plain-English Summary
We process your resume to generate a Career Intelligence Report. We also store resumes and reports so we can audit quality, troubleshoot issues, and improve the Service over time.
Important note: the Service is evolving. We are building toward future capabilities (such as job recommendations and recruiter connections). If how we use or share data materially changes, we will update this policy.
Information We Collect

We may also collect information you voluntarily provide in messages to support (for example, when you email us).
How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Generate and deliver your Career Intelligence Report.
- Provide resubmissions/credits and allow you to re-run analysis within the credit window.
- Store resumes and reports to audit quality, investigate issues, and improve accuracy and reliability.
- Maintain system safety (abuse prevention, rate limits, security monitoring).
- Support operations (customer support, re-delivery requests, error resolution).
- Measure product performance (delivery times, failure rates, section confidence behavior).
- Develop future features, including potential job recommendations and recruiter connections (future-looking).
Where practical, we prefer using aggregated or de-identified information when analyzing overall product performance. However, quality review may involve looking at stored resumes/reports to diagnose issues and improve outputs.
AI Processing
Resume content is processed using AI systems to generate your report. We may use multiple providers and internal logic to produce results.
Quality review
We store resumes and reports so we can review outputs for quality, troubleshoot, and improve the Service. This may include human review in limited cases (for example, investigating a bug or verifying a failure mode).
Model training
We may use de-identified or aggregated information derived from usage and outputs to improve system quality over time. Different AI providers have different data-handling terms. When your resume is processed by a provider, their policies may apply to that processing.
If we materially expand how resume content is used (for example, enabling new integrations or additional training workflows), we will update this policy.
How We Share Information
We share information in limited circumstances, such as:
- Service providers who help us operate the Service (e.g., payments, email delivery, hosting, analytics, storage, AI processing).
- Legal / safety reasons (e.g., to comply with law, protect rights, prevent fraud, enforce terms).
- Business operations (e.g., during a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets; with appropriate safeguards).
Current categories of service providers
- Payments: Stripe (to process purchases and handle chargebacks/refunds).
- Email delivery: SendGrid (to deliver transactional emails, such as report delivery).
- Database / storage: Supabase (to store files, reports, entitlements, logs, and metadata).
- Hosting: Our hosting providers (to run the website and API).
- AI processing: AI providers (to generate report content and structured interpretation).
We do not control how third-party platforms treat data once it is processed on their systems. We choose providers intentionally and aim to configure them in ways that support privacy and security, but provider terms may change over time.
Recruiters and job recommendations (future)
The Service does not currently connect users directly with recruiters or employers. If we introduce features that involve sharing information with recruiters or partners, we intend for those interactions to be user-initiated and/or clearly disclosed.
Cookies, Local Storage, and Similar Technologies
We may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep the Service functioning and to understand usage patterns. For example, we may store your name/email locally to simplify checkout flow, or store operational flags related to report delivery.
You can clear cookies/local storage in your browser settings. Some functionality may be reduced if you do so.
Data Retention
We retain resumes, reports, and related metadata to support resubmissions, quality audits, troubleshooting, and product improvement. Retention periods may vary depending on operational needs and legal requirements.
If you request deletion, we will evaluate the request in light of operational, security, and legal constraints (for example, maintaining records of transactions and fraud prevention logs).
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
- Access controls and least-privilege practices
- Monitoring for errors and abuse
- Encryption in transit where supported by the platform
Your Choices and Requests
You may contact us to request:
- Access: a copy of certain information associated with your email address.
- Correction: updates to inaccurate account/contact information.
- Deletion: deletion of stored resume/report files, subject to operational/legal limitations.
- Support: re-delivery assistance and entitlement/credit questions.

Children’s Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we’ll take appropriate steps.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Effective” date at the top will reflect the most recent update. If changes are material, we may also provide additional notice through the Service or via email.
